"My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights in May 2025. The room was great. Our room had a view of the Thames and Big Ben. The hotel is walkable to Westminster Abbey and to the Tate Britain. The tube station was reasonably close. The only issue that I had was that I had accidentally overbooked my stay through Expedia for two more nights more than we needed. I tried to shorten my stay two weeks before our check-in, but the app indicated that it would cost me $600 to change/shorten my stay by the two nights. When I asked the staff at the hotel when we checked in, they gave me an email address that I could inquired about shortening my stay. I wrote to the email address given to me explaining my situation. The reply that I got was that since I had booked through Expedia, I would have to pay the full price. They did not offer anything in compensation even though I would be paying for two nights that I would not be using. I found it rather frustrating that both Expedia and Hyatt were unhelpful."

"Great location and paid extra for a Tower Bridge view. At 1am the bridge opened and was entertaining. Unfortunately the builders were close by and noisy, can see why they are there as the room was very tired. However we had a great time so put up with it."

"I had an amazing stay! The staff were so kind and helpful throughout my visit. The amenities were perfect — everything I needed was available and made my stay super comfortable. Room cleaning services were excellent as well. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back!"

"Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights to go to a concert at the 02. Really enjoyed our stay, lovely to stay at an individual hotel instead of a faceless chain. We stayed in a twin room at the top of the hotel. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, warm and bright. Breakfast was great and we couldn’t get over how all the beautiful plants and ornaments everywhere. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊"

"The location was perfect! So convenient with Tower Hill Station, Tower Hill Pier, and several bus stops nearby made it such a convenient location. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The rain shower was an amazing way to end the day of sightseeing in London! ❤️🙏🇬🇧"
