"Neat, clean and tidy windowless single room. The bed comfort was great and temperature kept ideal with the provided desk fan. Bathroom is generously sized. Iron was not included and needed to be requested. An overall solid offering by Britannia and decent value for money!"

"Very nice standard room. Shower was leaking from the head connection. Hotel is in great location close to Albert square, Deansgate etc. I was disappointed to find they have changed the hotel bar to a Japanese themed one since our last stay. No draft beers on tap. Disappointed. Also charged service for two drinks!!"

"Staff were lovely and so helpful, lovely room bed was comfy. Incredibly convenient for the airport, used the pool and the sauna night before flight and felt like I started my holiday early, up too early to try breakfast. We did use the bar and the restaurant, I did feel they were both overpriced for what you got but it was tasty and I kind of expected the prices."

"Small comfy room and courteous staff. English breakfast served buffet style with lots of drink options and included in the fee. There was adequate seating in the dining area even during the expected busy time. The room had a TV with local channels. Parking available nearby for a fee."
