"The room was comfy. We were traveling with a dog, so we were placed in a first floor room with sliding door access which was very convenient."

The next morning a woman told me her 92 year old mother took an hour to be able to climb the steps. The front desk offered no offset, comfort or caring, it appeared to everyone!!!"
