"Took a solo trip for my 40th birthday and I must say this hotel lived up to the hype‼️ From location from the area from the airport ,security , amenities and ocean front views From the balcony and don’t get me started on the most important part the room upon entry the room smelled fresh and was sooooo spacious I stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean front modern fully furnished decorate beautifully. Two bathrooms full kitchen perfect for big groups or families they also have a store on property where you can talk to Dre/Thomas they can connect you to excursions. Security tighter than fort Knox’s lol which made me feel even more comfortable being a solo traveler. What are you waiting on book this room now ‼️‼️ you welcome 來羅😉"

"Love the Royal Islander Laplage staff is awesome. Location is awesome. Close proximity to Casino. Great restaurants grocery store sometimes a little noisy at night. They need to control that a little bit better with law enforcement because it’s motorcycles speeding very loud beeping horns really minor stuff other than that, everything is great there their pool is fantastic. They have a great restaurant called Tortuga right next to the pool breakfast lunch and dinner great restaurant."

"Overall, we had a really good stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we enjoyed the property overall. It is beautiful.There were a few issues that were disappointing. The listing states that there are three bathrooms with showers, but there are actually only two. We also did not have hot water at all during our entire stay. What was a little more frustrating was that we had to take that information to the concierge on multiple occasions to find out more information, rather than being informed by the host or concierge when we arrived. Having that information upfront would have allowed us to set the right expectations.Aside from that, the space itself was really nice, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there."

"Don’t bother booking elsewhere, this is exactly where you want to stay when visiting SM! My husband and I had no complaints and we will definitely be returning soon! We loved how the property had an abundance of everything we needed from linens, to dishes and even sunblock! The views are absolutely stunning and the gated community was safe if you have concerns on that. We never ran out of toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. For food deliveries my husband would have to go to the front to collect but the food from pineapple Pete’s was totally worth it. If we had a question communication was instant! Best Vrbo stay yet!"

"This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Concierge check-in was very easy and we appreciated the drinks and snack provided on arrival. The garage parking in the building was so convenient. The space was spotless with a midweek housekeeping refresh. The apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay with a fully appointed kitchen to beach towels and beach/pool toys. We enjoyed daily swims in the pools and enjoyed chatting with friendly residents. In addition to the small private beach at the bottom of the spiral stairs, Mullet Bay beach was an easy 5-minute walk away, and quieter beaches at Baie Rouge and Baie Longue were just a short drive. Nighttime noise from the upstairs apartment and neighboring property was a bit more than we'd prefer."

"Mark is a great host and answered questions quickly upon arrival.The apartment is well located in Maho within 5 minutes of Maho Beach and the blast experience from aircraft taking off. Its a 15 minute walk to the airport, and bars and restaurants are all within 5 minutes walking.I highly recommend staying here for an affordable holiday with all the conveniences. "
