Amazing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Marie’s condo. The location is perfect for beautiful views and watching the planes come and go., Marie is always prompt in returning your emails if you need anything. She is a wonderful host! The condo is just as you see it in her pictures. The washing machine was a bonus! We would highly recommend her property. Looking forward to returning soon.

Maho Pool & Beach View Condo

Perfect Location To See The Pool And Ocean. I could see cruise ships, planes, catamarans, and Jet Ski's pass by. The room has a safe to secure your valuables and a mini kitchen to prepare food. I loved being able to go out on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. I cant wait to come back. I had an amazing time. I'm so ready to come back.

Great property, with everything you need. Great view from the balcony looking out towards Maho beach and the end of the runway. If you do not fancy using going to the beach, the flat has full access to well kept gardens and a really nice swimming pool. The owner was very helpful and informative, and provided me with all the information I needed prior to checking in.

Relaxing 18 days!

Maria was an excellent host!! Always communicated to us through emails… even let us know the tropical storm was coming… she was always helpful and took care of our needs. The place was well maintained and had plenty of utensils, pots n pans…even had so water bottles so we didn’t have to run out on arrival. Loved the view from the patio. Pool was great! Planes are a bit noisy but door kept it fairly quiet in side..

La Tarrasse 💕

Communication with Marie was excellent. The unit is bright and clean with updated major appliances. Beautiful view from the balcony. We are veteran travellers to the Island but our first time staying at La Tarrasse and we loved it. Despite the weather we had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to return. Thankyou .

Another wonderful vacation!!

This was our second trip to this property. We arrived on November 30 and departed on December 12, 2023. We stayed in the owner’s studio this time instead of the 1 bedroom and it was perfect for the two of us. The condo is clean, well equipped and the washing machine was a bonus! The pool is beautiful and well maintained every day. We never had a problem getting a spot to sit as it’s never too busy. The building is spotless and well kept and the gardens are so nice to look at and walk through. The property is situated in Maho, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The planes coming and going provided us with endless entertainment. It was a joy to rent from this owner again. Communication with her is easy and she’s always quick to respond. If you are looking for a nice owner and condo with beautiful views and beaches, this place is for you! We are already looking forward to our next trip back to this friendly island!

Great Location

We loved our stay in Maho! It was just the two of us so this unit was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped and I was able to operate all of the appliances with no problems. We absolutely loved to watch the people on the beach when the planes were taking off and when they were landing! This apartment provides a Birds Eye view and despite being very near the airport, was very peaceful and quiet. I had my coffee each morning on the patio and watched the groundskeeper manicuring his beautiful gardens. Then about 8:30 or so the planes would start. We slept in a couple mornings so the sound was not a problem. The area was super safe and very walkable. There is a wonderful little grocery store a quick 2 minute walk away and also some great restaurants. We enjoyed a fancy night out at the French restaurant just past the casino and great burgers at a little place by the grocery store. The mango goat cheese burger was amazing! Drinks at 3 Amigos across the street were brain freezingly delicious. Smashburger was very affordable and very good. There were several little shops and jewelry stores to wander around in as well. Just a wonderful area and so close to the beach/ food/nightlife that you wouldn’t have to leave at all. This apartment has location, location, location.

Prime Location with Beautiful Views

We loved the property, location, and views. Our biggest worry was the noise from the planes, but we knew that was a choice we had to make to have the both the planes, which I love to watch, and the location. Well, we didn’t have to sacrifice at all! We got the best of both, planes and quietness. Surprising to us, you could not hear the planes come and go with the balcony door closed. Zero noise and we slept like babies.The condo was clean, neat, and had everything we needed. There were even chairs we could take to the beach with us.The host was thorough and prompt at responding. She was very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect. We had a market, stores, tons of restaurants, and bars within the same block of the building, not to mention the famous Maho beach. All the other beaches were close as well on the Dutch side. Taxis and the local bus service was readily available. We visited a new beach each day. The condo staff were also amazing and friendly. The common areas were kept clean and tidy every day. There was an ice maker on each floor, a pool, and a jacuzzi access 24/7. There was also a bar at the pool area and a separate bar to have drink for a night cap and the 1st floor. We highly recommend staying at this place. We have already talked about going back and staying at the exact same location. It was a great price and you have everything you need for a relaxing, fun filled vacation! 10 out 10!!

This is my second stay at this location/apartment. The apartment is clean, cozy, and the view is perfect in every little way. You can see the pool and the ocean view is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. I really enjoy watching the planes land and take off, and watching the cruise ships and catamarans pass by. The building is quiet and I felt safe as a female solo traveler. There is also a safe to store your valuables. I really enjoyed my second stay here, and I'm already looking forward to returning next year. The host is wonderful.

This property is AWESOME. My wife and I enjoyed it to the fullest. Next to Maho beach,Airport and several restaurants. Also there is a supermarket down the block. Enjoyed the early morning with a a cup of coffee in the balcony. The unit has everything you need. Highly recommended and the owner contacted us to make sure we were ok. See you soon.

Maho stay

It was amazing. The property owner really is one of the most responsive and friendly owners I have ever had. I am a pilot and wanted to watch the planes. I don’t think I could have got a better view of the planes taking off and maho beach. The property is super nice and WAY less congested than the surrounding hotels. This property is by far the biggest bang for your buck. A hotel of this caliber would have been 170-250. Thank you so much.
