"The family and I were in town for a softball tournament, and in need of a place to stay. We wanted something that would accommodate us for 3 days. Amelia provided us with more than we expected. The area was quiet, the complex was gated, and the amenities were excellent. The washer for us was a definite plus! Softball uniforms are always dirty, so having this convenience made things so much easier. Thanks again for everything, Amelia!"

Check in is ridiculously late..4PM. I flew in from London and was landing at noon so asked if I could possibly check in early. Joshua said that he would let me know. The next morning I hadn't heard from him upon landing in Newark so asked if he had an answer about early check in...again he said he would let me know. Upon landing...

"Perhaps I did not read the listing close enough, but this is a dublex not a home. We had our dog with us and I'm sure he barked like crazy while we were gone, annoying those in the other half. On the flipside there is a family living on the other half and noise carries. The furniture is well used and has damage from pets. I will say too the pictures on the listing are more glamorous than reality.There is a thermostat, but it is a dummy thermostat and so you are unable to change the temperature....

"We absolutely loved our stay at the studio cottage..The cottage was beautifully updated and nicely furnished..very clean and well maintained..The neighborhoid, cloverdale, was so beautiful and neighbors were so friendly to us..Our host Joshua, was wonderful., always answered our text/ issue right away..he was so friendly and polite and a wonderful host to a lovely cottage. 5 star review on clean, beautiful cottage and customer service from our host, Joshua.
