Host cancelled DAY OF ARRIVAL

I received a text from the host's nephew asking me to call him. After confirming who he was, I did so. His stated uncle's home was no longer available. Yes, this was the day we were supposed to check in--day of arrival! It was a terrible, terrible process. That's all I will say because I was so upset.
