"The staff was okay, but the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. I thoroughly check and disinfect my rooms upon entering. I cleaned my own shower toilet and sinks which apparently had not been cleaned to the standards posted. The restroom had dried urine along the base and smelled of tribe itself. I asked for gloves and cleaning cloths which they did provide to handle it to my own standards. However, worth the price point I chose not to make a fuss. "

"Honestly, we felt manipulated. We chose to stay here for the waterpark in which we found out after checking in that it is seperate and not apart of the hotel and tickets had to be bought. This was not that clear to us when we paid for the room we had. We would have definitely stayed somewhere elsefor the cost. Could have stayed where we were. Other than that the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. "

"Very easy parking. AC kept the room very cold the way I like it. Also, breakfast was pretty decent. Not a lot of items to choose from but was decent and hot."

"Nice area close to the cruise port & restaurants. The garage was a bit confusing, and the black lady checking us in was in a hurry - she took the time to explain to the couple in front of us but could not even tell us where the elevator was….maybe she had to go to the restroom SMH! The room was nice & facing the riverfront. Will stay here again. "

"We only stayed 1 night (for the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival), as we booked last minute and this was the only hotel with a room left. For the price, it satisfied us. The 2 outdoor seating areas were nice to have a drink in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. The included continental breakfast was very convenient and we appreciated that. "

"Property well located near downtown attractions Plenty of dining choices nearby Room was clean and comfortable Street noise a little bothers me but got quite after 1am Nice bathroom and complimentary soaps and shampoo Staff could not have been nicer Valet parking was seamless Had a great stay"
