"You could not ask for a better location! It was around the corner from the Belfry and Christmas Markets. My room was bigger than expected and quiet. The man and the woman running the place were some of the nicest people around. I lost my itinerary and they took the time to help me find out where the place one, not even having the complete name. They gave me detailed instructions making my life so much easier. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. Room was large and very clean. Bed comfy although on the soft side. Good WiFi, nice bathroom with good quality toiletries. Excellent breakfast included. A bit of street noise but not bad. Effective curtains. Room could use modernising so that plug sockets are easier to access. Nice staff. Excellent location on main square, 5 minutes walk from railway station with lots of places to eat/drink within 10 minutes walk. Would be very happy to stay here again "

The look & feel of the entire hotel is great, and the service is first class. I was here for business but would like to come back and use this hotel as my base to do daytrips to Lille & Ghent (only 20 minute train rides), and Bruges & Brussels (each only one hour train rides."
