"I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is absolutely not a four-star experience. The amenities are far below a four-star standard, and the equipment is also subpar. We had ongoing issues with the door—so much so that for the first two nights, it wouldn’t stay closed, and we had to contact maintenance multiple times. It was so unsafe that we literally had to sleep with the door open. Additionally, there is no 24-hour reception—we had to collect our keys ourselves at 3 a.m. from...
