"Room was clean but run down feeling. Fan OK but didn't swivel, no AC, toilet very odd and no separation (door/curtain) from rest of room. Owner helpful enough but when he wasn't around service wasn't great. Limited choices in the town so this is good enough, and you can easily walk up to the other guesthouses and restaurants "

"A lovely hotel but a great shame that the staff could not speak English, they did however use Google translate. This is limited to the Chinese market especially in terms of cuisine. The chef refused to make me an omelette despite having all the ingredients and facilities to do so. I did persist and despite the staff laughing in my face and making me feel humiliated, I did eventually get an omelet made for me. The hotel charged us more than the local taxi fare to take us to the train station....
