Lübbenau/Spreewald Vacations from AED3,055

Staff was super friendly and the location was perfect. However I have a few complaints. The elevators are TINY. one would only fit maybe 4 people-3 if you also had luggage. There were no USB ports in the room so if you didn’t bring a charging cube you had to go buy one. The shower had body wash and a shampoo/conditioner combo, but it was really just shampoo. The heat was a radiator so there wasn’t a temp controller, you just had to open the nozzle and see if it was enough/too much heat. Overnight there was a constant loud clicking noise (assumed it came from the radiator but we never figured it out). The windows weren’t weather-sealed so there was a draft. No microwave or ice makers - had to go down to the lobby to use either of those. Overall I thought the price of the room considering the location made it worth it, but I do wish I’d known some of the issues before we booked it.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The hotel was in a great location.

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

The employees were very cordial and professional. All we had to do was ask for something and it was taken care of in a very timely manner.
