"We personally had a terrible experience. When we got there, our first room (non smoking) was filled with smoke smell. They switched us to another room, then all you could smell was dog pee. So then we get to our third room, it was manageable. The air conditioner didn’t work real great, our shower didn’t have hot water, had to ask them twice to fix that. The pool had a horrible fishy smell in the water and the whole entire pool room."

"Clean room but breakfast area too crowded that had to wait to prepare waffle but finally couldn't because batter was finished and not refilled. I booked two rooms but the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working and we were told there was no one available to fix that day and no option to change room."

"The property needs attention, but the bed was very comfortable and the showers were clean with lots of water pressure. However, our car was broken into during the night and no cameras covered that area. The office was no help either. Soured anything positive we could say otherwise. Buyer beware."

"I’m sad because we’ve stayed here 3 times prior and have never had issues till now. When we arrived the guy gave us one key (room 177) and didn’t give us directions on where to go so we assumed we were on the 1st floor of the main building. After wondering around with no luck I asked the front desk guy for directions on where to go. He didn’t hear me at first because he was on his phone, but after I repeated myself he directed us to the other building. Our room smelled like mildew, there was a nerd gummy cluster stuck in the peep hole, the bed frame seemed broken because the bed was unusually low to the ground, and there was a slimy substance on our comforter. The custodian was very nice and got us a new comforter!"
