"Best part of our stay was Trey. I reserved a premium room and on our 2nd day they had not refilled the snacks. We had been at TT for 10 hrs and didn’t get lunch, so it was important to us. Trey not only found someone to take care of this, he also personally came to the room to make sure we were happy. Awesome young man with fantastic customer service! The dining staff at breakfast was also fantastic. The gal who worked the omelet window June 9 was also great. She was constantly looking out on how she could help a guest. Our stay was also met with bumps. We had driven 6 hrs and had hoped to check in early, but the room was not ready, but the front desk assured us it would be ready no later than 4. When we returned from TT at 4:30 to check in our room was not ready. In fact, it was noted that housekeeping and maintenance do not answer their radios when called, leaving the front desk frustrated. The beds are not pillow top, they lean more on the stiff side. They did have an assortment of pillows including feather, which was nice! The hotel is worn with tears in their carpet and air conditioning that struggles to keep up. Did find if you turn the fan to “on” instead of “auto” helped to keep the room cooler."

"Well, I've stayed in a lot of hotels. This hotel need new paint and the carpets are actually dirty. stayed two nights and can't wait to leave the hotel.. I hope the management will change the floor that will help: a lot. I like the fact that they have refrigerator and microwave that's a plus. It need to ne cleaned too."

"The room itself was clean for the most part. This room was booked because it had a pool. The pool was not in working order. The check in staff were very professional and helpful. It was discovered that a wallet was left in the room after we left. We returned to the motel and was told that no wallets had been turned in. The check out staff was drinking and vaping. They were asked if the maids could be asked if they had found a wallet. Staff person said they would go check with the maids. She returned stating that all of the laundry had been done and no wallet was found."
