This was a great house with a great location close to Tech. Only a few blocks away from great walking parks, great coffee house, and close to Texas Tech campus. Would stay here again for sure.

We were so VERY pleased with our overall experience during our stay at the Corner Cottage. First of all - The House - no negatives at all- super comfortable living areas- well outfitted - coffee extras, spices, kitchen utensils etc.- even the laundry room had extra pods so we could handle a load (I was headed to a work meeting the following week in Dallas so this was a nice to have extra).- Janice, the realtor/property manager was very attentive and welcoming. I really enjoyed coordinating with her. We hope to be back again this year and will target another stay at this cottage (btw don't let the term "cottage" make you think this property is small. It is very spacious. We could've added another couple easily.)See ya'll soon! Wreck 'em!

We stayed at this little gem for a weekend visit. A true home away from home feel, very convenient and cozy. Highly recommend the location in regards to being close to campus, nice quiet neighborhood and ease of checking in and out.

A sweet property and location to share with family for a special graduation weekend. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and providing shampoo and conditioner in the showers was a nice touch. Overall, very pleased.

We stayed four nights and completely enjoyed this home. It is clean, well appointed, and in a wonderful neighborhood. It’s within walking distance to the university, parks, a coffee shop and pizza place. Communication with Jared, the owner, was easy. He is very friendly. We will stay here again should our travels bring us back to Lubbock.

Home is clean and well kept. Everything we needed was available and in the home. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious with great closet space. Nice to have a full size laundry and bathrooms are well equipped and updated nicely. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to Texas Tech and all of Lubbock.

Excellent home. Clean and well keep. We will stay in the future. Only issue we had with the house was the shower in the master bedroom. Followed the instructions posted on the wall but could not get the shower to work by following the instruction. We ended up adjusting both controls until we got water and at comfortable temperature. Not a big deal and we will stay there in the future. Great place.
