Absolutely terrible hotel. The outside door handle was hanging by a thread and we barely got in but that didn’t matter since there was no way we were staying anyway. The fridge had hair in it. The dirty blankets had holes in them one of the holes was about 3” The 5/10 on Expedia was grossly overrated.

Check-in Needs Improvement

Check-in did not go well. The door was locked at 5 p.m, and no one answered the door for ten minutes. Finally, the clerk answered the door, and was able to check me in.

Horrible room

Worst room ever. Sheets where discusting and not washed at all. Looking at the floors who knows last time they have been mopped. Pillows had dirt on then and coffee maker was here with no coffee barley any towels. Mattress so hard my hips hurt. Not impressed. Now I know why it was a good deal.

The check in was horrid! The front desk was rude! We were questioned about our vehicle, our trip… the blankets had cigarette holes in it, super thin and cheap! The ac was dirty and dusty, the towels were unfolded as if they were used. Nasty nasty! The cable wasn’t working…the worst experience! We left at 4am we hated it so much we preferred to continue our trip!

The younger guy working the front was very friendly. The room was ok. There was a bug on the floor. The bathroom smelled like sewer when the toilet was flushed. I had to shut the bathroom door. The picture was deceiving as it looked like you got in the room from the inside and you actually got in from the outside, however the area did feel safe.
