Enjoy the prime location of this high-quality holiday apartment in the new BeachBay holiday resort with a wonderful view directly onto the marina. The unique location of the Passatvilla in the first row to the water offers you the ideal starting point for your holiday on the Baltic Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein.



The holiday apartment on the 1st floor has three separate bedrooms, with two additional beds in the living area. The apartment is stylishly and modernly furnished, living area and kitchen are in one room.



The first bathroom has a double rain shower, steam bath and whirlpool. In the second bathroom you can warm up in the sauna after a long walk in the cool Baltic Sea air. In the morning, you can enjoy your breakfast together on the balcony with a unique view of the hustle and bustle of the harbour. In the well-equipped kitchen, coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



Please note that you cannot drive directly to the apartment by car, the car park is approx. 200 m away.



Your holiday apartment also has a modern entertainment system including a Blu-Ray player, music system and another flat-screen TV in the living room. In the evening, the light from the bioethanol fireplace creates a cosy ambience.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool at the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. There are also playgrounds, a bicycle hire centre, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship for the whole family.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.
