Needed a stay for 1 night while on the road. Booked online. Arrivedto check in, staff member was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge my arrival, and, once iff the phone, continued working at his desk. 2 men arrived, and with that, staff member got up to assist them first, but they stated that i was ahead of them. He was sullen and as unhelpful as could be. I filled out the paperwork and we went up. The room was basic, it could definitely use some freshening, fresh paint and upgrades to the sad looking bathroom. Overall, its a mediocre place and I would never stay here again.

Helt ok

Greit hotell for gjennom reise videre i Tyskland, lett å ta bussen til sentrum med mange avganger. Kjøleskap, kokeplater og mikro på alle rom vi har vært på, men ikke kjøkkenutstyr.

Lang ventetid i receptionen

Bemandingen i receptionen med én person, gjorde ventetiden meget lang og efter 30 min ventetid, forlod vi hotellet igen og ventede med indtjekningen til sent fredag aften.

Kan ikke anbefale hotellet. Ingen rengøring eller nye håndklæder i en hel uge og ej heller tømt skraldespand - måtte sætte den på gangen for at få den tømt. Morgenmaden var så ringe, så vi købte egen morgenmad.

Älteres, renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war okay und sauber. Das Bad hatte kaputte Fließen, welche einfach übermalt oder überspachtelt wurden - hier sollte dringend renoviert werden. Es würde rund um das Hotel Parkplätze geben, welche jedoch gesperrt sind und man muss auf den danebenliegenden, öffentlichen Flächen parken?. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht.

Sehr schlechte bis keine Service! Offenbar soll derjenige die am Rezeption arbeitet beim dich als Kunde informieren dass deine Zimmer Standard gemäß Nicht gereinigt wird! Nur auf Wunsch aber wenn derjenige die am Rezeption dich nicht informiert dann wird dein Zimmer nicht gereinigt ohne dass zu wissen. In das ganze Hotel ist nichts von Essen zu kaufen noch nicht mal Schokolade oder Chips. Nur Frühstück und nach 09.00Uhr wird es auch sehr knapp beim Buffet. Brötchen alle, Aufschnitt alle, Yoghurt alle usw. Frühstück ist aber bis 10.00Uhr! Ich hätte ein Besprechungsraum angefragt und reserviert und nach den Preis informiert konnte derjenige in der Rezeption mich nicht erzählen. Nächster Tag nochmals nachgefragt ob der Raum frei war und wurde bestätigt. War aber eigentlich kein Besprechungsraum sondern eine Erweiterung für den Frühstück Raum an Kapazität. Ich hätte ein Kanne mit Kaffee gefragt und 2 Tassen und etwas von Kekse und oder Schokolade dabei. Bekommen habe ich eine Undichte Kanne die gekleckert hat! Ohne kleckern konnte man nicht den Kaffee einschenken und der Kaffee war schon beim Anfang nicht wirklich warm. Ich habe den Raum für etwas mehr als 1,5Stunden benutzt und dafür haben die mich €79,- berechnet und ich sollte sehr froh sein weil normalerweise war das €129,-!! Wobei ein Zimmer für die ganze Nacht inklusive Frühstück rund €100,- ist! Fahrstuhl hat nicht funktioniert und nicht seit kurzem! Das Hotel steht auf umfallen!
