  • This exclusive, wheelchair-friendly holiday apartment is in a prime location, right by the marina with a beautiful view of the water, in the heart of the new BeachBay holiday resort on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein. Enjoy the comfort, the unforgettable view over the sailing harbour, the Trave estuary and the Baltic Sea and spend wonderful days on the Baltic Sea beach of Travemünde-Priwall.



    Enjoy the view of the impressive museum ship "Passat" and the large Scandinavian ferries gliding past almost within touching distance from the heated conservatory - a unique panoramic view! Garden furniture is available in the conservatory so that you can spend a cosy evening here.



    The apartment is furnished in a stylish, high-quality and modern style. The apartment is wheelchair-friendly thanks to larger manoeuvring spaces in many places, electric door openers and lower light switches. However, you cannot drive directly to the apartment by car, the car park is approx. 200 m away.



    A small highlight is the bathroom, your personal small wellness area with steam bath and integrated rain shower, which can also be accessed with a wheelchair. The feel-good programme continues in the living area, as the flickering flames of the bioethanol fireplace bathe the room in a particularly cosy light. In the kitchen, coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



    Of course, the holiday apartment on the Travemünde waterfront is also equipped with a modern entertainment system including Blu-Ray, music system and TV.



    There is a commercial unit next door, which is used for catering or retail on a seasonal basis.



    All registered holiday guests at this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool at the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-way ferry trip across the Trave is included (only in conjunction with the swimming pool admission). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



    The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. There are also playgrounds, a bicycle hire centre, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship for the whole family.



    The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.
