The apartment was renovated in the fall of this year and is in top condition. It is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes walk from the old town of Lübeck. The location is ideal for short trips into the city and for relaxing beach days. The Baltic Sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Free parking is available near the apartment.

Tolle Lage

Die Altbau-Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, kein Kleiderschrank nur eine Kleiderstange. Dies ist für ein Wochenende völlig ausreichend. Ein weiteres kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und Kleiderschrank. Kleines neu renoviertes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Zugang zur Loggia.

Zentral mit Charme

Schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, modern eingerichtet mit Charme. Und zentrumsnah. Unkomplizierte Buchung und man konnte die Vermieterin jederzeit erreichen. Zwei Kleinigkeiten: Parkplatzsituation schwierig, keine Spülmaschine.

Etwas vernachlässigt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist gut aufgeteilt. Auf dem Balkon, seitlich geschlossen wie eine Loggia, lässt sich gut frühstücken. Allerdings wurde der Balkon schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt, der Putz löst sich von den Decken und Wänden. Das gesamte Haus macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Auch fehlen einige einfache Gegenstände in der Ferienwohnung (Brotmesser, großer Spiegel, ). Schade, aus der Wohnung könnte man mehr machen.

Solide Unterkunft in zentraler, ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet. Badezimmer renoviert. Fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten zur Altstadt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Eine gemütliche Wohnung für drei Personen. Gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Man kann zu Fuß sehr gut und schnell alles erreichen. Nur der Bäcker in der direkten Nähe fehlte.

Als regelmäßige Lübeck-Urlauber waren wir froh, kurzfristig eine Bleibe zu finden. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen versprachen mehr, als wir vorfanden. 60,-€ für die Reinigung und es gab Staubflusen unterm Bett, ein sehr schmuddeliges Kopfkisseninlay, eine völlig verstaubte Lüftung im Bad. Schade, aber andere Ferienwohnungen zu dem Preis in der selben Lage (2x Nachbarstraßen) boten einen wesentlich höheren Standard.

Einfach TOP

Rundum eine schöne Unterkunft…. sauber, gepflegt, gut gelegen in einer ruhigen Straße, problemlose Kommunikation mit Vermieter, Fahrradverleih direkt um die Ecke und auch bis zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Fazit immer gern wieder👍🏾😃wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spontan nach Lübeck dank der perfekten Unterkunft

Auf einen Sonntag haben mein Freund und ich beschlossen, ein paar Tage in Lübeck zu verbringen. Was fehlte? Eine Unterkunft. Die Ferienwohnung von Daniela war genau richtig für unseren spontanen Kurztrip. Für alle, die neugierig sind: Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Zu zweit bietet sie ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön ist der Balkon, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Das Zentrum sowie Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen - auch die ruhige Nachbarschaft ist ideal, um abzuschalten. Wir fühlten uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl. Vielen Dank für so viel Spontanität! Und natürlich die einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
