She even had English language literature for nearby sights and local food and beverages for us to try. It was the perfect location for visiting the WW2 beaches, the Bayeux Tapestry and Mont St Michel. The market on Sunday and the daily fish market were amazing. Great restaurants and shops are all just a few steps away. You can relax...

"Although small by Canadian standards, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We were within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and a market. (convenience store) A larger market is only a short drive away. The only negative is the lack of doors separating the shower ( a curtain) and the toilet (has it's own door) from the common area. If total privacy is not an issue while using the facilities, I would recommend this apartment."

"A lovely loft apartment steps from a 12/13th century church, 2 bakeries and a little cafe/bar. Minutes to several small restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Apartment was spacious and clean with nice furniture. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The down sides: no towels provided, which is tough if you’re travelling light. Also, no on-site laundry. The kitchen was also low on supplies such as garbage bags & paper towel. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"This is a well-furnished and modern apartment in Caen and we loved staying there. Michel was wonderful and easy to deal with both before and during our trip. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we wanted. It is very cozy. We ate out all the time but the kitchen seemed well appointed if you wanted to eat in.
