"Had issue with specific room as AC was not working at check in. After lobby visit and maintenance coming to room to resolve, unfortunately it did not resolve AC. Another visit to lobby and were moved to different room. From checking in to getting second room, it took two hours to resolve."

"We loved the apartment. It's tastefully decorated with many interesting items, especially books, for perusal. We do feel people who have trouble with stairs need to be aware that there are 22 stairs to get to the apartment. But once you do, it is well worth the adventure.Thanks so much,Rebecca"
