The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they understood we were tired from traveling with teens and even nailed a salon recommendation that turned out to be the best hair wash of my life, just minutes from the hotel. "Really a great location in Siena, and I recommend it. Location is great, staff are helpful, and the included breakfast spread is pretty awesome. Our experience was slightly degraded by the extreme heat wave that was over much of Europe - while Hotel Athena has good A/C, it was struggling to keep up at times."
