El alojamiento, esta muy limpio, el propietario, es muy amable y atento. El baño es compartido, estaba muy limpio, tiene tres pisos y el baño se encuentra en el segundo piso. Yo me alojaba en el tercer piso .La habitación es grande y con aire acondicionado, tiene una ventana, que cuando la cierras no escuchas nada de tráfico, ya que por el puente pasan muchos coches.

Molto deluso

La posizione sembrava più buona dalla descrizione di Booking. E’ fuori Lucca. È vero che non abbiamo fatto tanto caso ma il check in dopo le 16 non è ideale. La cosa che non ci è piaciuta in particolare è stata che il signore in reception non ci ha aiutato all’arrivo. Avendo una bimba di 2 anni abbiamo chiesto come fare per riscaldare il latte e questo signore, che non vedeva l’ora di andare via e probabilmente aveva aspettato solo noi per scappare, ci ha detto che non ci poteva aiutare e che avremmo dovuto chiedere al ristorante a 200m. In reception c’era una macchina per il caffè che si poteva accendere facilmente e non la doveva sporcare dato che volevamo solo riscaldare un po’ d’acqua. Per finire, la colazione molto scarsa.

Muito triste

Acredito que poderia ao menos ter mais conforto aos hospedes em relacao ao banheiro. Compartilhar banheiro hoje em dia, nao e muito legal. Alem do fato do horario de atendimento. Precisavamos de ajuda e nao tinha ninguem para nos atender.

Non abbiamo chiuso occhio e claustrofobia!

La camera situata sotto il piano stradale, estremamente rumorosa, e soffocante per chi non intende utilizzare l'aria condizionata, in quanto la finestra non può esser tenuta aperta per non respirare le esalazioni delle auto. In giornate molto calde come quella del soggiorno per respirare un po' nella notte, abbiamo tenuto aperta la porta di ingresso della camera.Il personale estremamente simpatico ed accogliente. Dispiace dare un parere negativo sulla struttura.

Super sejour dans ce b&b! Dejeuner super bon! Belle grande chambre abec ventillateur! Salle de bain partagee, mais grande et tres propre! Excellent rapport qualite-prix! A 5km du centre ville, mais trottoir securitaire! Dans un quartier ou les locaux vivent! :)

Hotel fantastici

L hotel è molto confortevole e pulito. Molto comodo per arrivare a Lucca centro in meno di 10 minuti. Lungo la strada tra la struttura e l hotel ci sono molte attività per la ristorazione come ristoranti tipici e pasticcerie, oltre che un enorme centro commerciale e banche. La colazione è spettacolare degna di un 5 stelle. Da ritornarci per le prossime visite a Lucca.

Bagno comune molto pulito,proprietari gentili e presenti fino alle 21....un po' lontano dal mare(circa 20km) ma perfetta se si vuole visitare le città circostanti.il climatizzatore è un po' rumoroso...

Very friendly place

We found this B&B very clean and comfortable, run by a friendly helpful couple. This place is ideal if you want to stay near Lucca. There are a couple of pizzerie nearby, within walking distance. The nearest one is tucked away behind the pharmacy on the main road a couple of hundred metres from the B&B towards the coast. It is very popular with the locals and serves both pizze and other food. Go there early or book if you can. We unfortunately did neither and ended up at Calogero's across the bridge instead but were not disappointed by the food. All in all a very pleasant stay in Lucca, we would definitely stay again at Il Ponte. A word of warning: if you have a large car you may not want to park in front of the B&B as the space is a little tight.

ottimo, pulito e personale gentile.

Personale molto disponibile e molto gentile, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, ero con mia moglie e i due piccoli, stanza e bagni puliti, ristorante di fronte super accessibile, e vicino al centro di lucca.

Prezzo conveniente in posizione strategica

Una buona soluzione per visitare Lucca, Pisa e la Versilia. Camere pulite e gestori gentili e simpatici. La posizione è proprio su una strada trafficata ma con le finestre chiuse e l'aria condizionata accesa si dorme benissimo.

E' perfetto per raggiungere Lucca in brevissimo tempo, anche in bicicletta, attraversando senza sforzo il parco fluviale del Serchio. Pulitissimo, economico, il personale è cordiale e disponibile.Si trova posteggio con facilità

B&B sul fiume Serchio

Il posto è molto carino, pulito, sull'angolo di una strada appena passato il fiume Serchio. La zona è molto folcloristica, con una chiesa di campagna proprio di fronte al B&B. Siamo arrivati sabato sera, e siam oripartiti domenica mattina. Il problema molto grosso che ci siamo trovati ad affrontare è stata la mancanza di riscaldamento in camera! Considerando che Lucca è fredda anche in questo periodo e che il B&B (stando a pochi metri dal fiume) è umido, il fatto di non aver avuto modo di attivare il riscaldamento in camera è molto grave. In camera mancava il termosifone (che era presente nel bagno comune), ed era presente solo un condizionatore: a parziale (molto parziale) difesa del B&B va detto che non abbiamo chiesto se potesse essere utilizzato per scaldare. Ho provato da solo ad accenderlo, senza successo, ma dato che ci eravamo portati una stufetta elettrica, non ho ritenuto necessario chiedere nulla, anche perché avevamo un appuntamento per cena. Ritengo comunque grave che in un posto con un clima del genere, manchino delle chiare e dettagliate istruzioni per scaldarsi.

Don't stay here

This hotel was WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. A long distance from everything you might want to see in Lucca, Italy. We showed up at 1:00 pm only to find the place locked up and no way to contact them. The phone number on the reservation and on the business card on the board in front of the place was not answered. We finally got a neighbor who knew the guy to call his cell phone. He finally showed up about an hour and a half later' let us into a room and left again and was not available til the next morning at 8:30 AM. The room was as BASIC as you can get - not even a glass to get a drink - NOTHING but a bed. Really dissatisfied.

Rien a dire sejour agreable et tres conviviable nous y retournerons sans aucun probleme de + petite pizzeria a 200m tres sympat rapport qualite/prix 5/5 attention quand meme a la route tres frequentee.Nous avont pris une nuitee de + car sans en vos la peine pour les deplacements la voiture obligééé mais rien de grave.Quand a l'hotel lui meme petite famille avec un grand COEUR d'acceuil de service et de prestation unique felicitation tchao bayyyyyyyyyy a bientot il ponte.
