Centre of the city

Excellent location in the middle of the city - everything within a short walk. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Excellent location in the center of the old town. Minutes walk to all sights. Like most hotels in the old town, this one only has a few rooms, so one should expect more of a B&B experience instead of any fancy hotel facility. Breakfast is by voucher, to a nearby pastry shop (for one coffee and one pastry).

The air conditioning system was poor. The place itself was central, in a perfect spot for getting around by foot. We did not like the idea that we needed to go out and get our own breakfast each day. Plus a typical breakfast has fruit, juice and pastry or savoury of some kind.

Mer hostel enn hotell. Veldig rent. Ikke handicapvenlig, pga flere tunge steintrappen (2. etasje), og vi er usikre på brannsikkerheten. Minus at vi møtte verten bare når vi kom, men han var svært hyggelig, og ellers traff vi bare på hun som vasker. Veldig lite hotell (hostel) med 5 rom. Virket som om stedet i utgangspunktet er en ombygd leilighet eller et kontorfellesskap. Frokost på kafé ved siden, svært enkelt, kaffe og en bakst.

Luogo incantevole non solo perchè situato nel centro di Lucca ma perché curato, pulito, personale gentile, coccole per il cliente. Unica pecca la colazione. Non viene fatta presso il B&B per una questione di spazi e ci si deve recare presso una caffetteria davvero a due passi. Il negativo è il locale scelto per qualità dei prodotti (non freschi), la scelta ed il personale. Peccato davvero ma il pernottamento pressp il B&B merita davvero

Buono ma da rivedere scarichi bagno

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Centralissimo. Arredamento nuovo e caratteristico. I nuovi gestori hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro e stanno continuando a perfezionare i dettagli. Purtroppo nella nostra camera c'è ancora da sistemare il cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno quasi insopportabile.

Due to a mishap in our scheduled Lucca Charm room prior to our arrival, we actually ended up staying in a nearby apartment owned by the same people - Al Cardinale - so this review describes the apartment and not our originally scheduled Lucca Charm room. Paolo met us and was very helpful in setting us up in the apartment. The location was great and we had everything we needed. Like many places, we needed to go up many steps to the apartment, but it was fine.

Lucca Charm è stata una bellissima scoperta! L'accoglienza è stata decisamente amichevole da parte dei proprietari che sono 2 persone davvero molto simpatiche e disponibili, la posizione del B&B è davvero ottima per chi come noi rimane solo un giorno....è in pieno centro e consente di visitare la città in modo molto semplice e comodo. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo penso sia il migliore trovato! Complimentissimi ragazzi, è stato bello conoscervi e se torneremo a Lucca, sicuramente torneremo da voi.

What was Enrique was I was right in the center of Lucca a historic city! Amazing old building on the outside and inside thought modern bathroom and do doa ious if a room! Very authentic! Perfect fir me. Step outside and Cade’s everywhere as well as shops and just living in history!

Perfect location with in the walls of Lucca. Easy walking distance to all sites, shops and restaurants. A most Charming room with terrific character. Yes there are stairs to climb to the first floor rooms and common area but our host insisted on carrying all suitcases up and down on our arrival and departure. A wonderful stay

Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla aivan kaupungin keskustassa. Kadulta kantautui melua, ainakin viikonloppuna. Paljon portaita eikä hissiä. Kodikkaan viihtyisä hotelli vanhassa talossa, mukava omistaja ja ystävällinen palvelu. Huoneeni privaattikylpyhuone oli käytävän toisella puolella :)
