Located in the heart of Lucca's historical centre, the open-plan holiday flat Anfiteatro Lucca has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This property is developed in an open space in which you will find a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 persons. The property is located on the first floor of a two-storey building. There is a beautiful view of the square and the amphitheater street. Additional facilities include a washing machine, one portable air conditioning unit and a TV. A high chair is also available.
Historical vintage apartment: it has still the original floors and kitchen from the early 1900s. Nevertheless, it is fully equipped, with also gas and induction cooktop.
The accommodation is ideal for couples and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
2 portable air conditioners are provided. It is also available a water fan. Pellet stove available.
Small pets are allowed.
Possibility to have 20% discount in several local restaurants (please enquire).

Perfect location

Remnants of a Roman column from the Amphitheatre make up the bones of this apartment. Brick floors and the best view in town highlight the apartment. It’s an winderfully charming throwback in town The host is absolutely amazing; he’ll do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great location in the center of town

The location was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the apartment and showing us everything, then coming back when we had questions about the kitchen. He is very accessible and gracious. It was very hot when we were in town and the ac could only do so much, but we were out most of the time exploring and enjoying the town. Fans helped at night with airflow.

Great location but no AC and dirty

The property is in a fantastic location however it was dirty and has no AC. The bed comforter had a fresh stain and crumbs on it, the shower mats were wet, trash cans were set out on the dinner table, and food bits out and about in the kitchen. There is no AC but instead 2x standalone evaporative coolers of which 1/2 works. We left and went somewhere else.

The ONLY saving grace for this unit is location. It is rather poorly constructed with uneven floors, poor heating, no book to tell you how to use anything, a difficult toilet to flush, no shampoo but lots of conditioner, no hot mitt that I could find, a microwave that is not plugged in, a leaky faucet, small TV, a shower that is tacked on to the wall behind the sink, limited hot water, overly crowded and poorly organized kitchen with random things like someone's glasses, and a couch that has one broken arm and one leg propped up by a piece of wood. At best you might call this rustic and if you were looking to rough it, this might be your way but if you are like me and prefer to do 4* hotels or better, this is not the place for you.
