The staff here are fantastic. All super friendly and helpful, we had an early departure and we were given takeaway breakfast for our journey. What a lovely boutique hotel to stay in, really made our visit to Lucca great!

The hotel decoration is not in my favorite style, but the staff is so welcoming and helpful that I would consider staying again at this hotel. They are a lot more professional than some of the staff at a nearby Marriott property.

Amazing stay! The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time, rooms are very clean, great aircon and blackout shutters. Couldn't recommend more for a city break. Great location, everything walkable! 5 stars

Pros: Super cool concept with each room being an opera Very central location - close to everything in Lucca Clean room and nice shower Cons: AC exists but the room was still very hot in July You have to leave your key with the front desk every time you leave Only two pillows per room and pillows/blanket were itchy and uncomfortable

We arrived as per usual bad travel rules and parked where we thought we were instructed to park-the staff was so helpful! The son of the owner literally jumped in our car and personally escorted my husband to the right parking area. While he was gone the owner reassured me, showed me in a map where everything was and another young man helped me with our bags to our room (and yippee they had an elevator). The room was awesome, the location ideal-a perfect way to end our trip to Italy!

Perfect location inside the walls of ancient Lucca. Staff is incredibly friendly. Helping us find great food, sites and help getting around. Beds are comfy, great breakfast and cappuccinos

What a great little hotel with wonderful staff. If your looking at a traditional hotel in the heart of the old town then don’t look any further. The staff can’t do enough for you and the hotel is great for a short stay in Lucca. We plan on a return and would defo stay here again.
