Completely independent villa, composed of large living room with double sofa bed (140x190) and balcony to enjoy beautiful sunsets; kitchen / living room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and fireplace; spacious double bedroom; small bedroom with single bed; bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Possibility of extra bed and cot for children.
In the garage sink, freezer, shower and clothesline.
Pets and dogs of all sizes are allowed.

The house has its own garden equipped with sunbeds for relaxing in the sun, barbecue for excellent barbecues, table with chairs for outdoor dining; parking, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher,.; autonomous heating.

The property has a shared swimming pool (8.5 mt x 4.5 mt) surrounded by 900 sqm of fenced garden and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds for each house, shower and whirlpool.

Très belle location au calme en Toscane

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Claudia et Paolo. Ils ont été à notre disposition pour nous aider tout au long de notre séjour. La location se situe sur les hauteurs de Lucques, au calme et dans les vignes. C'était très reposant et idéalement placé pour aller visiter les nombreuses richesses culturelles de la Toscane (Lucques bien sûr, mais aussi Pise, Florence...). La maison était très propre et bien tenue. Le jardin et la piscine étaient aussi parfaitement entretenus. Egalement mise à disposition: le linge de de maison, de nombreuses serviettes de bain, des vélos, du wifi (indispensable de nos jours) et toutes les commodités modernes. Le petit plus: la bouteille de vin toscan offerte à notre arrivée pour bien démarrer notre séjour. Cette semaine restera un excellent souvenir pour nous. Nous vous recommandons donc cette location.
