On the main level, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a generous dining table and an open-hearth fireplace that adds both charm and comfort to the space. The fully equipped open kitchen flows naturally from this area, complete with an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. From the kitchen, direct access leads out to the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

On the first upper floor, 2 bedrooms are available for guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom features 2 individual beds.
