"It was truly an experience. If you have trouble with stairs and carrying your own luggage don’t stay here. But if you want the experience of a lifetime staying within the walled city of Lucca in an ancient property then this is your place. Thank you Deborah and Marco Memories of a lifetime"

"We stay 4 nights in the Lavender room. Very spacious with nice view of a nearby church. Breakfast was lovely. The only thing is no cleaning service for the room during our 4 nights stay. Otherwise highly recommended"

Sicuramente consigliato"

"Monica is friendly and tries hard to make sure you have a good stay. Good location, but there can be noise. The breakfast is at a nearby coffee shop. You get a 10 Euro credit and choose what you like. Worked good for us. The room is not brand new, but we liked it. There is good storage space."

"It was a beautiful property and location. I’d definitely go back. Barbara, Julien and Dad were the most wonderful hosts. Thank you!"

"A lovely stay in the heart of Lucca! We really enjoyed our stay at Lucca Charm. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Lucca and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, cafés and shops. It was particularly convenient being able to come and go easily during the day. The property has lots of character and charm, and our family room was cleaned every day and was comfortable, with a double bed and bunk beds for the children. The bed was very comfortable and the air...

"Check in is at a different building but there is no signage to explain. This hotel had no services like bar or restaurant, which required short walk to the other property. Shower was a handicapped shower with not glass protection in the shower so water was everywhere in the bathroom."

"Well located, very friendly, helpful staff"

"The room was right at the anfiteatro but from the room I had you could not hear a sound. I also was overlooking a very popular and busy restaurant and couldn’t hear anything. The steps are quite narrow entering the building but hey it’s historic property. Room was big clean and lots of blankets and towels if needed. I highly recommend this place for a Cpl or party of 3 and would use it again if need be. Totally fit my purpose"

"I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is just steps away from the Lucca City Gate. It is located just a few steps from a large Lidl grocery, Bank ATM machines, a laundry, and many other amenities. The apartment is very comfortable and has elevator access. I felt very secure here. The apartment has all the necessities. "

"The apartment was great, just what we wanted. Location was great inside the city walls.Just one little issue was the number of stairs to get in, it is on the 3rd floor"

"Hey"

"Good value & perfect location near the wall"

"Amazing location right in town. Very quiet and clean. We will be back! Loved it!"
