Every thing about this hotel is amazing! Walkable to the attractions, shops, restaurants, bus and train stations, laundry service is near and most of all the view from our room is gorgeous! We will comeback to stay here when we visit Luzern again😊

The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Though we didn’t have much need of air conditioning, would have been nice with air conditioning included. Property is very close to town and the bus station. Our room had excellent view of the river and sun rise from room was just gorgeous. Breakfast was excellent with wide selection. Will stay again here if we ever visit Lucerne.

Great location. Very friendly staff. The daily breakfast that is offered is quite good and certainly helps with the cost of any trip to Switzerland. This is a no frills hotel. The rooms are small, but adequate. No air conditioning -- though excellent fans are provided.

Hotel is older but in good clean condition. Good breakfast and staff are super helpful and friendly. My only complaint is no air conditioning, but who knew it would be 32 degrees celsius in Switzerland while we were visiting and our room was on the top floor. Great location, close enough to it all but just a bit enough distance from all the action for quiet and peace. I would stay here again, only if I came back and there was not a heat wave but I don’t think a/c is common here.

This is truly a botique hotel located towards the end of the town center. There is no air conditioner, which was fine, just so people know, but they do provide fans. There is a buffet breakfast that is actually pretty good. Liz, who was there to greet us was very kind and helpful! The hotel is very close to the train station and very walkable to everything. Would stay again!

The hotel is cute and located right by the lake. The room and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast is awesome with lots of choices. Our major concern is safety since the door lock of the rooms are the traditional ones which require keys to lock and unlock even inside the rooms. In other words you have to lock it inside using the key and unlock it every time you want to get out of the room. What if emergency happens in the middle of the night. How on earth you can grab the key to unlock the door when you are in a panic mode. There is no air conditioning in the hotel. It is hot during summer months in Lucern. Our August stay became very uncomfortable because of the stuffy air inside the hotel.

You cannot beat the location!!!! Not fancy but truly all you need as seemed 3 to 10 minute walk to old town, restaurants, pier, train station, certain sites, and more. Was very worroed about no AC but it was 83 went we were there and plenty of circulation and fans!!
