The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Upon departure, We kindly ask guests to: Please place used towels in laundry bins and any used bedding just leave the beds unmade so we know to launder them. Load and run dishwasher. Lock windows

Cover hot tub, and place patio cushions in the laundry room. Set hot tub temperature to 85F And Economy mode Set alarm system to “armed away” you will need to enter the code to do this
