Great hotel close to train station but not in a seedy area you often find around rail stations. Clean. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Restaurant next door (not affiliated with hotel) is excellent.

Very nice B&B; helpful staff; provide space for guests to bring in and consume their own food, and a fridge for storage (this is a great idea, particularly in an expensive city like Lucerne!)

Great location. Very friendly staff. The rooms are somewhat small and lack any real ventilation except if you open the windows. No screens so bugs can get in. Could use some better ventilation, or at least screens, possibly air conditioning - otherwise they get really stuffy.

You know how flying economy gets you to your destination, but you really can’t wait to deplane. Felt the same staying at the Lucerne Central Hotel. Noticeably cramped so would not recommend staying there more than two nights. Noise level will depend on the behavior and consideration of the guests near your room as well as the location of the room. Street-side rooms reportedly are very noisy. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, restaurants, and Lake Luzern.

The location is about a block from the train station and close to old town, which is quite convenient. They also provide a lovely breakfast. But our beds were very uncomfortable, the room was hot and very loud as the open window was the only way to cool it, and that didn’t even work.

Fabulous stay at this hotel. Just down the road from the train station. Central to restaurants bars shopping. Close to the lake. The hotel is great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We got lots of recommendations from Natalia on reception. The bed was comfortable the room was perfect for our two night stay. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Loved our stay.

This property is a short easy walk from the train station. It’s in a nice, clean area that is also just a few minute walk to the historic district. The hotel had an elevator and breakfast had a wide array of options with plenty of fresh berries for yogurt and fresh pastries and cheese/meats. I would recommend and stay here again!
