Amazing location close to the train station and waterfront! The property is exceptionally clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast offers an excellent variety. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk from Lucerne train station and very convenient for getting to the Old Town and exploring the city. The breakfast was also very good and exactly the kind of breakfast I enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great. One thing to be aware of: one side of the hotel is directly next to the train tracks, so if you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay, especially because of the great location and service.

We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne.

The Hotel is in a convenient location to the train station and boat piers. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold items as well as a coffee and espresso drink maker to start your day. Nice lunch at the restaurant on the outdoor patio.

Hi, it was a great hotel. We had to upgrade our room as the one we got faces a dump truck and train tracks. The staff didn’t explain that we had to use our discount coupon at the time of ordering room service and not at check out so we lost that money. Other than that great location and property.
