The Ludo is very central within old town Lucerne. The room was a good size with the bunk beds providing enough space for adult children to crawl into. The best bit was having a laundry room onsite after 10 days travelling. A lovely lady would help you and you could also grab a coffee. A great addition!

The property was amazing. Perfect location, close to a little grocery store too. The bed was comfortable. The room was spotless. The kitchenette was large and well appointed. I was very nervous about the check in procedure. I reached out via chat and email and everything was perfect. The response time was excellent and the check in was a breeze. The AC was very welcome as it was a hot 2 days in Lucerne! I would 100% stay here again and I would recommend to friends as well!

The Lubo is located close to many shops and restaurants. The property was clean and they were very responsive whenever I sent a message via Expedia. My only complaint is about the lighting. The rooms seem to be kind of dark, not enough lighting specifically in the bathroom. We could not open the blackout curtains either since our window was facing an office building.

We booked two rooms because we are a family 5 traveling. We absolutely loved the location and the rooms were very, very clean!!! We were in room 106 and it was perfect with a tiny kitchen area. Our kids were in 303. The only trouble we had was checking in (but resolved quickly) and the kids’ room was not cooling properly. Overall it’s a terrific place! Loved, loved the little restaurant/coffee bar. The breakfast and coffee were delicious!! Very nice people and we will be back!

A nice stay. Didn’t receive check in details in email, however lady on the phone was very helpful and prompt to respond. Great location. Room a bit small but there was 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 teenage kids with big bags. Layout of room was excellent. Good value.

The hotel has an excellent location, which made it very convenient to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Public transport, restaurants, and shops were all within easy reach. However, the room itself was quite small and felt a bit cramped for our stay. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful, especially for longer stays or keeping drinks and snacks. The furniture was also very minimal — there was only a very small table, and even the chairs were stacked on top of each other due to the lack of space. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if location is your top priority, but the room size and limited amenities may not be ideal for a comfortable or longer stay.

Easy self check in process, great location near train/bus station and stops and sites to see, delicious noodles at the connecting restaurant, laundry was convenient as well. AC was in room but struggled to cool the space, also made a loud noise that was disruptive for sleeping. Building has an elevator but if you are on the top floor, you will have a flight of stairs to carry your luggage up
