"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful. Although some of the staff did not speak English, they always went out of their way to assist us and make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and hospitality truly stood out. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. We were also pleasantly surprised by the nightly buffet, which was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is in a great and safe area. The staff were more than helpful, Cecilia was one of the front desk staff that understood and spoke English without having to use a translator. Noashebell that hotel shuttle bus driver was friendly and helpful. Menu Ran Li went out her way to make sure our stay was exciting and comfortable. All the others played a role but those are a few names I got. The maids cleaned everyday with or without us in the room. Clean towels everyday, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, showercap etc. were replaced when the made came if they were used. The maids didnt speak English but that wasn’t an issues, we still got excellent service. The Breakfast isnt included in the price but it’s tasty and affordable. This is thus far the best service I have gotten since my many adventures. Even though it’s not in the city center the free shuttle to some of what Pudong has to offer is a plus. Ps… although not in We used taxi , which was not that much the times we went to the city center. I highly recommend that you get a taxi or DIDI to the Oriental Pearl Tower and get a 48hrs pass to see all the tourist attraction by having the luxury of hop on to another attraction and hop off to gain a new experience. The only improvement that can be made is for long term visitors to have rooms that have microwave and refrigerators. We still made it there are many restaurants within walking distance. I fully recommend this hotel for anyone with future travel plans to Shanghai."

"Fantastic food, I the buffet breakfast is amazing, with good variety everyday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And the resident Pug was adorably clingy and frequently entertaining. Remote location but not so far you can’t make it into the city, very convenient for DiDi. Plus free shuttle for Disney! Very pretty hotel too, both rustic and whimsical."

"Some staff could speak English most did not. The hotel is very good but their location is remote, Need your own transport. No metro nearby. Need a taxi to be taken to the nearest subway. It takes well over 70 minutes with changing several subway trains to get to the city and places to visit. No real choice of places to dine out near the hotel. I would not recommend it. Unless Disneyland is your only desire to visit."
