Typical Tuscan farmhouse in stone, renovated respecting the original construction. Located in the middle of the Tuscan hills. Own outside seating areas. View of the medieval village of Lucignano (about 2 km away). Small lake for sport fishing at 500 meters. The house consists of 3 apartments with kitchen. They are not connected internally to each other, but are all rented together. Very old farmhouse "Tenuta Farneta", surrounded by trees and meadows. 25 km from the centre of Arezzo, 50 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, in the countryside. Private: property, garden, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, WiFi, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Roofed, parking on the premises.
