The property itself is stunning: a beautifully preserved historic estate set in the peaceful hills near Cortona, surrounded by gardens, vineyards, and the golden light of the Tuscan countryside. But what truly set this place apart — what made it unforgettable — was the food. We were treated to an extraordinary culinary journey: over 19 exquisite courses, each one more delicious and artfully presented than the last. Every dish felt like a masterpiece — bold in flavor, flawless in technique, and crafted with the kind of passion you’d expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The chef didn’t just cook — they told a story with each plate. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, especially the manager, who made us feel like honored guests every time we sat down to dine. Every detail — from wine pairings to plating — was perfect. It was, hands down, the best food we had in all of Europe.
