Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency hotel in Lucknow. Tanushree, Rishika and Rabina were excellent in the first floor breakfast lounge and were always very attentive to my needs and requests. Horrible experience! Not to a Hyatt standard at all. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service at breakfast is slow, coffee takes 30 mins etc etc. it’s been a disappointing experience I have booked 2 rooms for 3 nights.. I regret choosing this hotel.
