"This property was good for my wife and I. Everything we needed was available. The location is good with a lovely stroll along the water into the town centre. Parking outside on the road was not ideal and it was our 3rd day before we could park directly outside of the house. Only downside was the based bedroom, this is not suitable for use. It is noisy due to hum of fans and dehumidifer that was needed to keep the damp smell down. Great house if you are looking for one bedroom."

"Wonderful spacious house and garden in a a great location. Marsilly has many facilities including a supermarket, boulangerie, take away pizza shop and bar. La Rochelle is also only a 20 minute drive away."

"Lovely clean and modern house with all mod cons ( only issue was no towels were provided so had to go out first morning to buy some . Lots of bedding etc but no towels which was a little strange) nicely situated for getting to La Rochelle centre and Il de Re , must have a car . Some local bars, nice one locally done out like anAmerican Diner, and a supermarket , post office etc but bars close in the evenings so to eat out you must go back into La Rochelle centre .easy access for day trips to...

"Warm welcome from Benjamin who was available if we needed him during our stay. We hired bikes from him which were in great condition and saved us organising it ourselves - they were there when we arrived in the courtyard with off street parking. "Petite maison, mais très pratique et fonctionnelle : beaucoup d'espaces de rangement et de vaisselle, les chambres sont de bonne taille, et l'extérieur est appréciable. Seuls bémols : la proximité avec la route (mais c'est calme la nuit), et on aurait apprécié un petit four et un lave-vaisselle."

"We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard.
