"The hotel was dirty, had to clean the toilet and bathroom on arrival. The staff are lovely, very helpful. Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel for 2 people...no more allowed. Shower hook was broken windows & doors filthy dirty. I wouldn't stay again. "

"We spent two lovely days in Pau and were delighted to be guests in the Hotel Le Roncevaux for that time. It is an older hotel but is nicely upgraded with all modern conveniences. And the location in Pau is perfect for the visitor. The staff was friendly, courteous and made the extra effort to ensure our satisfaction. I recommend the hotel without any hesitation!"
