This place has been horrible to stay since start When checking in they have people who can’t speak English properly or even Punjabi I left my EarPod I. Room and they can’t even find my booking from yesterday

Disappointed!

Not at all happy with the service or room. The front office was terrible. No warmth or not even a usual normal welcome! The rooms have a kind of smell. Bed was like old, had to even ask for a change of sheets as we saw hair. Very disappointed.
