Property itself is nice and in a great location. we drove 6 hours and got there early, but was not allowed to check in early even though the "cleaning crew" was done at 1:30. Then the code didn't work and we didn't get in for another few hours. When we did get in the door knob about fell off, the refrigerator and freezer smelled of ammonia trying to cover bad fish smell. The toilets smelled of urine, and the towels had long black hairs all over them as well as the bed sheets. The Internet kept disconnecting and a neighbor kept connecting to the TV speaker. Even through every little thing that's was a negative we still tried to have a good time on the mountain. During our last night, we returned from the firework display to find the owners son walking out of the property as we were parking. Vacasa told the owner it was empty for that night. We offered the owners son a bed for the night since it was his family's place and wanted to help. He must have informed vacasa of this because I got a call from the assistant regional manager offering me a 572$ +tax refund. That was two weeks ago and vacasa has still not refunded anything, nor does anyone answer or return calls. I've stayed in over 12 countries on 4 continents, I've never needed to leave a review like this, even in third world countries.
