"The Nemea is next to the main Uni-Bordeaux campus should you have any business there. While right next to a hospital, it was very quiet (no sirens). Modern hotel, spacious rooms, motorized metal blackout blinds, kitchenette with small fridge and microwave, A/C that WORKED great during the past week when it was 99-104 F/38-40 C in the Bordeaux area. "First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem.
Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon).
Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by.
