Terrible.

Absolutely awful. Pictures were deceptivewhat looked nice online was actually a hell hole. The hotel was very run down. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, sink was clogged, service was rude, elevators felt creaky and scary. The entire experience was just terrible. Couldn't get out fast enough.

The Bus and Train is very close to the hotel,,,, A short walk or drive will bring you into the middle of the city.

Good service and friendly environment

The services are generally good, except that the room is hot, due to the hot weather. Suggestion: Maybe AC installation might be helpful.

It was a very nice stay. The beds were good and it was quiet. The bathroom is a bit old fashioned but we loved it. We even had a bath. We came very late in the evening and the receptionist was very friendly. It is better to call the hotel directly than to book with Expedia. We didn’t have the breakfast. We went to a nice bakery.

I would say the experience was poor or average. The receptionist didn’t even bother to come and collect the key from us at the reception when we were checking out. Every morning at breakfast, we noticed that the floor was never brushed—it was covered in crumbs and other bits. The staff member at the breakfast bar never asked if everything was okay, and we noticed there weren’t enough slices of cheese in the fridge display . Unfortunately, communication was definitely poor. The room cleaner was actually very good—better than the reception staff—and had much better communication skills. They also charge for parking if you want to use the hotel car park. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again if I need to stay in the same area.
