"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. "The hotel deserves the highest rating. It is very clean, staff very attending to the smallest needs/requests. Because it is fairly small hotel it was not crowded and very quiet. It is a great place to wind down and relax."

"Zamek Sarny is an absolutely incredible place to stay and we only wish we could stay longer than our two nights.
