As we did some visits it was strategic in the right place. Other then that - fire alarm during the night, not working safe in the room - there are better hotels in Lübeck.

Superb place to stay when in Lubeck. Location is literally right outside the old city walls with short walking distance to all sights.

Great family vacation

Great family vacation hotel. Great pool, friendly staff and nice connected, spacious rooms. Breakfast was great and diverse and location is perfect for walking to the city centre. All in all great!

Very dog friendly but terrible ‘spa’

Overall a good hotel. Nice location. Good size rooms. ++ very dog friendly and my dog was very welcome everywhere - - the spa was not a spa but more like a pool in a charter hotel in Crete. It was terrible with kids all over and no room for other guest - - no compensation for not being able to use the spa - - the breakfast was okay but often empty

The experience was good, food was served properly and guests were treated well. There were only 2 unfriendly people around who were not happy in order to fulfill our requests but overall I would not rate the overall service based on 2 people.

Have stayed here several times over the last few years and have previously been satisfied This year we arrived on a Sunday to be told that it was rest day and the restaurant was closed.moreover most restaurants in the city were also closed We had been driving for 7 hours and were tired and hungry Not acceptable for a hotel to leave it's guests to their own devices to search for food

Bra läge och fräscht hotell. Tyvärr väldigt dåliga sängar, vi var 3 vuxna och en ungdom och de 2 extra sängarna i familjerummet var helt förskräckliga.

Meget skuffende oplevelse. Vi havde bestilt en suit, men uden at sige noget havde de nedgraderet os til 2 standardværelser, da de havde dobbelt-booket deres suit. Ingen kommunikation eller undskyldning. Først da vi klagede fik vi en del af vores betaling retur. Værelserne var virkelig ringe og med udsigt til en parkeringplads med en masse rod. Morgenmaden var meget kaostisk med mange mennesker og ikke specielt god mad. Har i mulighed for at finde en andet hotel i Lübeck, så gør det! Eneste positive ting jeg kan komme på er hotellets placering, men det opvejer ikke at alt andet er dårligt.
