- The approx. 20sqm apartment impresses with its super central but quiet location and the secure parking space in the courtyard with an electric gate. The historical place Am Sande is only 2 minutes away by walk and the historical city hall is only 5 minutes away by walk. Bicycles can be rent near by. The entire apartment has just been completely renovated in a tasteful and design-oriented manner. It has a vinyl design floor, a double bed, smart TV, two armchairs, glasstable, wardrobe and small desk. In addition to the living- and bedroom, the apartment has a daytlight shower room with a window. In the kitchenette there is a small refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle. A single stovetop with cooking dishes are available on request. Washing mashine and dryer are in the basement. An outside seating area is in the courtyard.
