"Facilities/buildings could have been cleaner, but were not filthy. Not sure my floor had been swept before I arrived... A bell at the front desk would also be appreciated, as there was no way to get help other than waiting or yelling until someone arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however."

Best place to stay in Lufkin

"I’ve stayed at this hotel since it was built. Always a pleasant stay. New ownership has stepped it up. Super friendly, very accommodating and extremely clean. This location is quiet and just minutes to everything in town. Great restaurants to choose from or have food delivered. 5 stars!"
