"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "We stayed at Prati Palai as part of our honeymoon, and it was everything! You can feel the attention to detail, the guests, and Bardolino culture. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. "

"Once you figure out the parking it’s very nice. You have to park on the street across from the train tracks or at the square where the Hotel Mantova is. Then you cross under the tracks at the tunnel. Villa is 180 degree turn once you come up stairs. There is a security gate that you will need to ring the bell. After that a key will open. Room fine. "The information with the address I received was confusing there wasn't a 3b apartment on the street, after contacting the office, they explained that it was apartment 2 . It would have been good to be supplied with some refreshments (coffee or tea) especially when the guests arrived late on Saturday evening."
