"Nice big apartment in a good location close to the center "

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"La douche ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons essayé de contacter l'équipe sur les 4 numéros qui nous on été donné dont un qui était pour les urgences mais nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse de l'équipe. nous avons donc passé un séjour de 4 jours sans douche c'est inacceptable scandaleux et déplorable, bien dommage car le reste était correcte. Franchement je ne recommande pas du tout !"

"The apartment was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the central area of Lugano. Communication with the management company before and during our stay was very good. The towels, bed linens, dishes, cutlery and cooking pans were all very nice. We did eat out a lot, but preferred to make breakfast at the apartment.
